Accessibility and route
Nieuw Leven Texel is centrally located on the island, near Den Burg. You can reach us by car and by public transport.
Crossing with TESO
The ferry to Texel leaves from Den Helder. No reservation is required, but you can purchase a ticket online in advance to speed up your trip. Current information about departure times, possible waiting times and rates can be found on the Teso website. Normally, a boat departs from Den Helder every hour at the half hour. The crossing takes 20 minutes.
Car
From the boat you turn right at the first roundabout of Den Burg (Emmalaan). Continue until the next roundabout, and then go straight (Bernhardlaan). Take your second right (Sluyscoog) followed by the first right (Hallerweg). Then take the second left (Kadijksweg). At the Kadijksweg, take the second right. Continue until the crossroads and take the left road: the driveway of the Nieuw Leven estate.
Public transport
Texelhopper is excellent public transport – all areas are accessible including the beaches. Nieuw Leven has its own stop: No. 85. Book at least one hour in advance at www.texelhopper.nl or call +31222 784 000.

Nieuw Leven is a real family business that has welcomed groups overnight since 1965. Recently (spring 2018) the group villas are completely renovated, focusing on sustainability, customised service, peace, space and nature.
