Group villa's
Nieuw Leven Texel consists of five spacious and luxurious villas, all suitable for 12 guests. These villas are rented out separately or as a group accommodation for larger groups.
Group accommodations
As the villas can be linked, it is possible to reserve accommodation for 12, 24, 36, 48 or 58 guests. Are you with a smaller group? Then it is also an option to book separate hotel rooms if a part of a villa is not already occupied by a group. An individual booking is also an option.
Facilities
Nieuw Leven is centrally located on Texel among beautiful surroundings. On site you will find various special facilities, including a large hiking area and a beautiful natural swimming pond. In addition, Nieuw Leven is a wheelchair-friendly location.
Accommodation for up to 12 guests
Our luxurious 12-person family villas are fully equipped with all the amenities. Enjoy a large country kitchen, an open living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a spacious garden with breathtaking views over the Texel landscape. The villas have six 2-person bedrooms, all with luxurious ensuite baths complete with wellness shower and toilet.

- Elegant finishes and furnishings including a sauna.
Accommodation for up to 24 guests
We can link two of our villas together for groups of up to 24 people. This creates a super luxurious and very spacious home with twelve bedrooms, two full kitchens, including two bedrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms have luxurious ensuite bathrooms.

- Equipped with 12 ensuite bedrooms , 2 of which are on the ground floor.
- Elegant finishes and furnishings including 2 saunas.
Accommodation for up to 36 guests
We can link two of our villas together for groups of up to 24 people. This creates a super luxurious and very spacious home with twelve bedrooms, two full kitchens, including two bedrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms have luxurious ensuite bathrooms.

Accommodation for up to 48 guests
We can link four of our villas for groups of up to 48 people, resulting in a super luxurious and spacious home with 18 ensuite bedrooms, a large kitchen, living areas, and garden.

- Equipped with 18 ensuite bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor.
- Elegant finishes and furnishings including 3 saunas.
Accommodation for up to 58 guests
You can even stay with a large group of 58 people in our luxury villas. By linking all the villas together, a huge villa with no fewer than 30 bedrooms is created, five of which are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a luxurious ensuite bathroom.
